These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of products on

Ordering & Payment is open 24 hours a day – 7 days a week.

Please know that we represent an array of carefully curated sustainable brands. This means that your order might be shipped in different parcels depending on the sender.


We accept all major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Dankort, Maestro, JCB, Amarican Express and Diners Club. We also accept payment methods like Apple Pay, MobilePay and PayPal. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order. The correct amount will be withdrawn from your account once your parcel has been shipped.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to The Comarché, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

All amounts are in DKK and are including taxes.

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, The Comarché uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

Acceptance of your order

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.

Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and The Comarché will be completed when we email you to confirm that the goods have been dispatched.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.

We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.


Each respective brand’s delivery times will show on the site for each product. Please note that delivery times vary depending on type of product and brand.

Damaged goods
All claims regarding damaged goods must be made immediately upon arrival of the goods for visible damages and no later than 7 days after arrival for all other damages not visible upon arrival.

Returns and exchanges

We doubt it will happen, but if you are unhappy with a product, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return it.  Please notify us via email as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after receiving your order. Made to order items cannot be returned.

How do I return an item?

Simply follow these steps below:

  1. Send us an e-mail on stating your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Within 24 hours, you will receive a link where you can pay for your return and retrieve your return label. Our standard fee for returns is 49 DKK (approximately 6 EUR) for a parcel weighing between 1-5 kg.   2. Make sure that all items in your return are unused and in original packaging with all labels still attached. Please make sure that all items are securely wrapped and remember to avoid attaching labels directly on the products you wish to return or on the original wrapping from the brand. You are required to return the product(s) in the same condition as you received it (them) in. This includes all original packaging and labels attached to the products.

You will have to bear the cost of returning the goods. Please note we do not accept packages sent COD (cash on delivery).

All returns should be requested before you send your item(s) back to us to allow for easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender.


Once we have received the items, we will reimburse the amount (subject to approval of return).

We will make reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any of the goods supplied.

We will make reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

How do I exchange an item?

If you wish to exchange the item you received with a different size or colour, you will have to return the item and purchase the item again in the correct size or colour. We are unfortunately not able to handle exchanges. 


We offer a 2-year warranty according to the Danish Sale of Gods Act (Købeloven). Our warranty is subject to defects in materials and/or fabrication. The warranty does not apply to errors or damages caused by improper use of the product.

If a refund is accepted, you must provide us with the needed bank account details, so we may reimburse the agreed upon amount. Reasonable shipping costs will also be refunded by The Comarché. Please note that we do not accept packages sent COD (cash on delivery).
