Every single product from By LOHN is made from 100% GOTS certified organic cotton.


The cotton yarn is natural and 100% organic. It derives from cotton plants and consists exclusively of plant fibers. The cotton yarn used for the By LOHN products is even organic, which means that the cotton is made from organically grown plant fibers. No fertilizer and pesticides have been used in connection with the cultivation of the cotton plants, and therefore no environmentally harmful substances have been emitted during the production of the yarn. The yarn therefore does not contain any toxins or harmful substances but is a pure natural product.



GOTS certified cotton is your guarantee that everything from the harvest of the organic cotton to the processing and finishing is certified according to requirements for working conditions, wastewater and the use of chemicals. The yarn used for the By LOHN products all comply with these strict requirements and is GOTS certified.

      Transportation of Materials

      This step relates to the transportation of the raw materials from when they are first obtained (harvested etc.) to the production site. Obviously, the closer to the production site, the better.
